Here's your chance to raise valuable funds to help your group travel to Lourdes.

We have secured places for you to attend a 5K run at the following locations this year:
Birmingham, Cannon Hill Park - Sunday 13th September Edinburgh, Holyrood Park - Sunday 20th September
Manchester, Heaton Park - Sunday 11th October
Why not make a day of it - bring a picnic and get everyone to come out to support you!  
The event will include:

• Start/finish gantry
• Full infrastructure including course markers and marshalls
• First aid and toilet facilities
• Free water for all runners
• 10 minute warm-up session with fitness professionals

Registration is £20 which covers the cost of the event admin. All we ask is that you raise a minimum of £100 sponsorship.
Also ladies we have places for the Adidas Women’s 5k Challenge in Hyde Park, London - Sunday 6 September. Registration is £15 which covers the cost of a finisher’s medal, t-shirt and goody bag. Closing date for entries is 7th August.
