HCPT Yorkshire

The first HCPT group in Yorkshire was Group 58 which was formed in 1973. When the Trust became regionalised in 1981 the Yorkshire region was established under the chairmanship of Jim Lally and consisted of groups 39, 58, 74, 101, 122, 131 and a school group from Corpus Christi High School in Leeds.  
 
The region now consists of Group 58-Keighley, Group 74-Dewsbury, Group 101-Doncaster, Group 122- York/Middlesbrough, Group 131-Leeds, Group 160-Sheffield, Group 198-Otley and Group 708-Trinity and All Saints College student support group. Every year the Yorkshire region brings about 70 children and 140 helpers to the HCPT Easter Pilgrimage.  
 
There are also two Hosanna House Groups, 530 & 536, that travel every year from the Yorkshire region, bringing approximately 90 pilgrims in total.
