Easter Eggstravaganza!!!!!
A huge thanks to The Caraires Consultancy, Rugby who contacted their customers asking them to donate Easter Eggs for us to take to Lourdes this Easter. The Eggs are now all packed up and ready to go so look out for them in Lourdes next week!

Trust Mass : Thursday 16 April 2009
As you know, it was Wales' turn to lead the liturgy at the 2009 Trust Mass and at other services during the Easter week, a privilege we've not had for over 20 years.It was a fantastic experience for us, with many new helpers joining us this year especially for the occasion, and we hope of course that they will remain enthused and will return to Lourdes in family groups next year. Our heartfelt thanks to all who helped in producing it: the singers, musicians, animators, readers, liturgists, steering group, trustees, equipment movers, producers and more - you know who you are.
As a region we were delighted to see how groups from all over HCPT engaged in the Welsh theme this year. We even saw a group from England wearing daffodil hats - now that's support for you!

Fares & Sponsorship
All helpers pay their own fare and help with fund raising to cover the cost of the children's fares.For Easter 2009 the cost of sponsoring a child is £710 - Can you help sponsor a child for Easter 2009?
Helpers fares are £689 for 7 nights, £655 for 6 nights and £621 for 5 nights.
Fares by installments
If you would like to start paying your Easter 2010 fare by installments, you can do so now.The fares will be set in July 2009, but using an indicative fare of £700 the table below shows you how much to pay each month to get your full fare paid on time. This table will be amended when the fares are set. To receive an alert of the fares, send us an email (easter09fares@hcpt.org.uk)
How to pay
We encourage helpers to pay their fares by standing order - that way you are always in control of the amounts paid. You can download the helper fares on account document or contact HQ for a copy to be sent to you (send an email to accounts@hcpt.org.uk or call us on 01788 564646).

Remember, until the fares are set, the figures in this table are an indication only!
And for 2011... Change your standing order for February 2010 and onwards to pay £60 each month - this will ensure you have enough in your account to pay your fare in full by 31 January 2011.
